We accept all major debit and credit cards via the Paypal secure payment gateway. We also accept direct bank transfers and payment via mobile banking apps PayLah! and PayNow.
Cash on delivery / meet-up is available for large orders above $100, and delivery will be arranged with you.
Payment is to be made in advance (other than COD). Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect.
All sales are final. Please keep your e-receipt as a proof of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If you have had an adverse reaction to using our products, or they have expired before the stipulated expiry date, please inform us immediately.
Otherwise, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items that have been opened and used are not eligible for returns and refunds.
Sale items are not eligible for returns and refunds.
Items that have been damaged in the process of shipping or due to mishandling on the buyer’s part will not be eligible for returns and refunds.
Shipping within Singapore
All orders are processed and shipped out within 24 working hours. If you place your order on a Thursday or Friday, your order will only be sent out on Friday or Monday respectively, and you will receive your item from the middle or end of the following week.
Depending on your method of delivery, your item may take up to 5 working days to reach you. For normal postage, we use Singpost normal mail, which has an estimated delivery time of 3 – 5 working days. For courier, you will be notified of delivery via SMS. You may contact the courier company via this SMS to arrange alternative delivery times.
We currently do not do meet-ups or self pick-up.
